Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on mysubtrack.in or by making a payment to SubTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About SubTrack

SubTrack is an online service that helps you keep track of your recurring subscriptions (such as OTT plans, SaaS tools, UPI AutoPay mandates) and sends you reminders via WhatsApp and email before each renewal. SubTrack is operated by Asquare India, an entity based in India.

3. Eligibility

To use SubTrack you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law.
• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens on your SubTrack account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, notify us immediately at hello@mysubtrack.in.

5. Pricing & subscription terms

5.1 Founding Member offer

The Founding Member plan grants Pro access for one (1) year from the date of payment, at a one-time price of ₹199. This offer is limited to the first 200 paying members and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. After the 12-month period ends, your access will revert to the Free tier unless you renew at then-current pricing.

5.2 Regular plans

• Free: Track up to 3 subscriptions; email reminders only.
• Pro Monthly: ₹49 per month, billed monthly. Cancel any time.
• Pro Annual: ₹399 per year, billed once a year.

5.3 Auto-renewal

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans require active confirmation each cycle due to Reserve Bank of India rules on recurring payments. We will notify you before each renewal so you can choose to continue or stop.

5.4 Pricing changes

We may change our pricing for future billing cycles. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Founding members' price applies for the full 12-month period and cannot be increased mid-term.

6. Payment

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. A GST invoice is available on request for business accounts.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. What SubTrack does and does not do

SubTrack is a tracking and reminder service. We:

• Store the subscriptions you manually enter.
• Send you reminders before each renewal date.
• Show you your total spend and upcoming charges.

We do not:

• Cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Connect to your bank account.
• Detect charges automatically from your card or UPI account.
• Provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

You remain solely responsible for actually cancelling any subscription with the underlying provider (Netflix, Adobe, etc.).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SubTrack to violate any law or regulation of India.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or resell any part of SubTrack.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or harassing content.
• Share your account credentials with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

10. Intellectual property

All text, design, code, logos, and branding on SubTrack are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Termination

You may close your account any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service abusively. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Disclaimers

SubTrack is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Reminder delivery depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, email providers) which may experience occasional delays or outages.

You acknowledge that SubTrack is a reminder tool, and you remain responsible for cancelling unwanted subscriptions with the underlying providers.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SubTrack will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits or data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubTrack and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SubTrack will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the current version. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
